Ho'i e holomua kakou!
Mufi Hannemann continuosly honors the Kanaka Maoli, the host culture of Hawaii...
Namely with his 21st Century Ahupua'a initiative, Mufi placed our core values of aloha and malama 'aina at the forefront of his environmental and economic plans. He understands our ancestors held the answers to a sustainable and productive Hawai'i, and he intends to bridge the settings and lessons of the past with the modern and efficient technologies of today. Mufi's recent activities show his everyday commitment to carrying out his 21st Century Ahupua'a vision. In support of local agriculture, Mufi visited the 2010 Hawaii State Farm Fair on July 25th and placed growing Hawaii agriculture on his 8-point Action Plan. For a more detailed description of his initiative visit the blog and his outline of environmental protection.
