Mufi Visits Molokai
Supporters of Mufi Hannemann gathered on Molokai to celebrate his bid for governor this past Sunday afternoon. According to event organizer Eddie Agas over seventy people turned out to walk the town of Kaunakakai with Hannemann and then met for lunch at the home of Benny Piros.
"People were really excited to see him", Agas Said. "We all want to make sure we come out and support Mufi as best we can when he runs for Governor." Hannemann was equally excited to greet supporters on Molokai. "It was a terriffic event and it was nice to meet old friends and make new ones along the way. The people of Molokai know I am someone who understands their issues and who is committed to making life better for them," he said.
